Caty Taborda is a social scientist and Program Director of Narrative at the Boston University Center for Antiracist Research. With a decade of experience in research design and analysis, her current work examines the relationship between health equity and racist narratives. She believes that research is only as impactful as the stories we share about it. Caty is skilled at crafting and communicating compelling narratives that translate complex data into meaningful insights for diverse audiences.

Caty earned her PhD in Sociology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She also holds a B.A. in Sociology from Hamilton College and an M.A. in Sociology and Women’s & Gender Studies from Brandeis University. Her CV is available here.
